Perhaps a better title is Birth “Wishes”, as we all know birth is difficult to plan! It can be very helpful to sit down and come up with a few things that may be important to you and your family as you navigate labour and birth. We have put together a list of a few questions to help you get started. If you have any questions, or want to discuss these further, please ask your midwife at your next prenatal appointment!
